Scootly is an Austin-based startup offering a new approach to micromobility—providing e-scooters through a delivery and pickup model rather than leaving them scattered across city streets. In an industry dominated by dockless providers, this created a clear opportunity to solve a growing problem while introducing a new behavior for users.

The challenge was not just to build a brand, but to define a category. Scootly needed to communicate why its model was better—cleaner, more reliable, and more convenient—while still feeling familiar enough for users to trust.
