Scootly
Scootly is an Austin-based startup offering a new approach to micromobility—providing e-scooters through a delivery and pickup model rather than leaving them scattered across city streets. In an industry dominated by dockless providers, this created a clear opportunity to solve a growing problem while introducing a new behavior for users.
The challenge was not just to build a brand, but to define a category. Scootly needed to communicate why its model was better—cleaner, more reliable, and more convenient—while still feeling familiar enough for users to trust.
Services: Brand Strategy, Logo & Identity System, Website & Social Media, Print & Stationery, Search Engine Marketing
We partnered with the team from the earliest stages, shaping everything from positioning to identity. Through research and competitive analysis, we identified key differentiators and translated them into a clear, confident brand voice.
Visually, the system was designed to feel approachable and energetic. The mark conveys speed and simplicity, with a subtle sense of personality that reflects the human-centered nature of the service. Color and typography reinforce this, helping the brand stand out while remaining accessible.
We extended the identity into a complete system, including digital and print collateral, a website, and supporting materials designed to maintain consistency across every touchpoint.
The result is a brand that makes a new model feel intuitive. One that helped Scootly gain early traction, resonate with users, and position itself as a smarter alternative in a rapidly evolving space.
